Hunt Submission Form
Use this
form if you are entering an animal towards award recognition (Elite
Master , Grand Master, Master, Triple Crown or Golden Harvest ) AND
either a current member or wanting to join The Self-Guided Hunting
Association.
Instructions:

Complete the Entire Form -
Front and Back. Be sure to sign and date.

Attach a Field Photo of You
and Your Harvest. Preferably the photo should visibly show the
method (ex. bow) of harvest (method of harvest in photo not required).

Enclose Entry Fee of $10.00 if you are a member or $30.00 if you are
entering a harvest and becoming a member.

Only 1 entry form per
species harvested.

The
form should be mailed back to the Self-Guided Hunting Association at
the address on the top of the form.

Membership Form
Use this
form if you would like to join The Self-Guided Hunting Association,
but are NOT entering an animal towards award status.
The Self-Guided Hunting Association,
a not for profit organization, promotes and represents self-guided
hunters and self-guided hunting opportunities throughout the United
States, Mexico, and Canada. Its goals include protecting and
safeguarding accessibility to lands for self-guided hunters. As
such, our members are updated and encouraged to actively participate
in conservation efforts. The S.G.H.A. aims to acknowledge the
accomplishments of the self-guided hunter. Member recognition in the
“Registry of Self-Guided Hunters – Excellence in Hunting” can be
achieved through a variety of different challenge and reward
programs based on animal classifications and hunting categories. The
organization offers a variety of benefits to their members including
quarterly publication “The Self-Guided Hunter” where articles,
stories, and information focus on the self-guided hunting
experience.
